How to prepare
You'll be gifted a video on the breathing techniques we'll be using. It is mandatory to watch it before your first session, to avoid session repetition.
Avoid eating and drinking 1hr before. This will give you the best experience.
Have a comfortable area to lay down, preferably without a pillow. A yoga mat will work fine.
A good speaker or headphones.
Make sure that your space is warm, or that you have warm clothes within reach.
For the best experience, the guide needs to be able to see your belly, chest, and face to be able to give you personalized guidance.
Optional:
Come with a clear intention of blockages that you would like to work on, and the breathwork will automatically start helping you there.
Blindfold: some people find it easier to stay with their breath with a blindfold.
